All Squishlab orders are covered by our 30-day Squish Guarantee: if a squishy pops, we replace it; if your kid doesn't love the box, we refund you within 30 days of delivery.

How to start

Email contact@wuure.com with your order number, the reason, and a photo if something arrived damaged or incorrect. We reply within 24 hours on business days and tell you what to do next. In most cases you do not need to send anything back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
